How does the 3-month free trial work?

All paid plans (Starter, Professional, Business) come with a 3-month free trial. Enterprise plans have custom terms. Enter your card to start — you won't be charged until day 91. Cancel anytime during the trial and you'll drop to the Free plan with no charge. All your data stays.

Can I use Beepath for free?

Yes. The Free plan includes 2 team seats, 3 spaces, 10 AI operations per month (briefs), a visual dashboard, Kanban board, table view, and basic email notifications. No credit card required, no time limit.

What happens when I hit my AI operations limit?

You can still create tickets and manage your workflow — you just won't be able to generate new AI briefs, triage suggestions, or ticket summaries until the next month or until you purchase an add-on pack. Counts reset on the 1st of each month.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Absolutely. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at end of cycle. No contracts, no penalties, no awkward phone calls to cancel.

What counts as a "space"?

A space is an isolated workspace within your company — think of it as a department, brand, or client. Each space has its own tickets, statuses, and team visibility. Great for agencies managing multiple brands.

Do external reps count toward team seats?

No. Reps are external contacts (name + email) attached to tickets — they're not platform users and don't count toward your seat limit. Same for client portal viewers.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use JWT authentication with httpOnly cookies, bcrypt password hashing, rate limiting, CSP headers, and full multi-tenant isolation. Every action is logged in the audit trail.

How does yearly billing work?

Choose yearly to save 30%. You'll be billed once per year at the discounted rate. If you add seats mid-cycle, the prorated amount is charged for the remainder of the year.

What's the client portal?

A branded external view where your clients log in to see their ticket status, review deliverables, and approve work — without needing a full platform account. Available on Business and Enterprise plans.

What are Reconnect Reminders?

Reconnect Reminders auto-email your team when tickets sit too long in a specific status — so nothing falls through the cracks. Pick a space, choose a status, set the number of days, and customize who gets notified. Available on Starter, Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans.

How long does it take to set up?

Under 10 minutes. Sign up, name your company, invite your team, configure statuses, and create your first ticket. The onboarding wizard walks you through every step.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Invoicing is available for Business and Enterprise plans on annual contracts.
